Your local club registers to the program, free of charge, at the form below.
Your club is added to the program and given a club code for members to use at our online checkout.
Program members book online from the range of eligible products - members must enter their club code at the check out, to ensure all bookings are allocated to the club.

Each month, AFL Max will tally club funds raised and transfer proceeds to the club.
