The free 6-week training program comprises of 30 minute online sessions, designed for age groups 9-12yrs old and 13-15yrs old. Max Active gets members engaged, moving and most importantly enjoying themselves, using the sport they know and love as the vehicle to do so.
The live virtual sessions are held twice weekly for each age group and are structured around the key fitness components required for a strong football fitness foundation.
Members will participate in a Max SWEAT and Max STRENGTH session each week, to get them footy fit, from home! Sessions are held at 4pm (ASCT) (4:30pm, AEDT).

When combined, these help participants to develop a strong football fitness foundation. The training sessions are facilitated online and have been designed by ex-AFL player and coach, James Podsiadly.
Whether you're new to footy or have many seasons under your belt, the sessions' intensity can be increased or decreased to suit your skill and fitness levels.
Max Active aims to arm participants with a set of transferable skills and fitness that can be applied across a range of sports, particularly football. Max Active gets members engaged, moving and most importantly enjoying themselves, using sports they know and love as the vehicle to do so.
The live nature of the training sessions allows the group to interact and engage with the session’s host.
During each workout, members are guided through the activities with minimal equipment required.
