Coles Healthy Kicks is a fun and entertaining health and fitness program designed specifically to encourage Australian children aged 5 to 12 years old to embrace healthy eating, mindfulness and exercise.

Holiday Program
The Coles Healthy Kicks Holiday Program is an incursion based program for ages 6-12 delivered at vacation care sites nationwide.
The 2 hour holiday incursions are divided into four quarters. Students will learn, experience, and enjoy a variety of meaningful health education topics to become healthier and happier people, via fun activities.
The session includes:
- Q1: Healthy Body – Physical Activity & Movement
- Q2: Healthy Mind – Problem Solving & Mindfulness
- Q3: Healthy Food – Entertaining Food Activities
- Q4: Healthy Team – Team Games & Fun
Price:
$16.50 pp (exc GST). A minimum travel fee applies, $100 for metropolitan areas and $1 per km for regional areas. *Minimum spend required

Content Series
The Coles Healthy Kicks Conent Series is a footy inspired health and fitness program for kids, featuring AFL Max’s very own, James ‘Pods’ Podsiadly who hosts the daily fitness sessions.
The online sessions combine foundational footy fitness with creative play, mindfulness & nutrition, delivering a holistic & highly entertaining weekly program that will get everybody moving.
Sessions focus on:
- Mobility & Flexibility
- Strength Session
- Cardio Session
- Balance & Footwork
- Fun Fitness
