Terms and Conditions

The following conditions of sale (Conditions) will apply to and bind the purchaser of any goods or services supplied by AFL Max Adelaide Pty Ltd ABN 90 620 423 261 trading as AFL Max (WeOur, or Us). The Conditions are also displayed throughout Our premises, are emailed to You when you make a booking and are available on Our website at www.aflmax.com.au (Website).

Please be aware that You must:

a) read, understand and agree to comply with all individual safety rules and systems as set out in each zone (Zone Rules) as set out by Us;
b) have signed a waiver if 18 years or above;
c) have a valid wristband in order to access any zones;
d) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
e) keep all equipment within the zone it was supplied;
f) always have an adult guardian supervise any child aged 13 and below;
g) prevent all children aged two (2) and under out of all zones except our soft-play ‘rookie zone’;
h) always have an adult accompanying any children with a general admission wristband aged five (5) and under if entering the specified accepted zones as determined by Us;
i) agree to comply with all weight and height restrictions in each zone;
j) be free of any medical conditions that could be worsened by participating in any zone activities;
k) never confuse Your ambition with Your ability – play within Your limits; and
l) always behave in a manner which promotes Your safety and the safety of others.

1. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY – WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE – YOUR ASSUMPTION OF RISK – THESE CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

We, as the supplier of recreational services, (a) sell all tickets and (b) supply all recreational services and facilities to You including, AFL based skills development programs and challenges, rental and maintenance, the condition, layout, construction, design, maintenance and use of equipment, the presence of people or objects on equipment, the surrounding areas and any other sporting or leisure time pursuits (Recreational Activities) in Our premises, subject to the Conditions.

2. RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing a ticket for using the facilities at Our premises, and/or wearing a wristband supplied by Us, accepting a discounted or complimentary pass to Our premises; or using the facilities at Our premises:

a) You agree to have understood and be bound by these Conditions and that these Conditions are deemed to have been signed by You for the purpose of the exclusion of liability under section 42 of the Fair Trading Act 1987 (SA) (Fair Trading Act); and
b) are deemed to have accepted Our privacy policy on the Website.

You acknowledge and agree that We, Our staff, management, directors and agents are not liable to You, Your dependants or legal representatives for personal injury, disability or death suffered by You whatsoever because the Recreational Activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose or because of the negligence, breach of contract, statute or statutory duty Us.

You acknowledge and agree that the Recreational Activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury, disability and sometimes death can occur and You assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Us for any personal injury, disability or death in any way whatsoever caused by or relating to Your participation in the Recreational Activities.

You acknowledge and agree that to participate in our activity areas, Children less than thirteen (13) years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children less than five (5) years of age must be supervised, and accompanied by, a responsible adult at all times. Where You are responsible for such children You agree to be bound by these Conditions on their behalf and You will directly supervise them at all times.

You acknowledge and agree that You, Your children and children for whom you are responsible, are in good health and that You, Your children and children for whom You are responsible are free from any adverse medical conditions.

You acknowledge and accept that there are, on some activities, a weight limit of 150kgs and a minimum height requirement of 110cm which must be satisfied in order to participate. If you have weight concerns, before You engage in any Recreational Activity, You should seek approval from Your medical practitioner.

Our safety policy and rules (Rules) are available on Our website, www.aflmax.com.au (Website), which also include the rules and warnings displayed at Our premises. You agree to adhere to the Rules and acknowledge there is significant risk in non-compliance with the Rules. Strict adherence to the Rules by You is required by Us as a term of entry into Our premises.

3. CONDITIONS OF SALE

While in Our premises You:

a) agree to pay the cost of and authorise Us to take all steps We consider reasonably necessary to ensure the protection of Your welfare in the event of personal injury, including but not limited to the administration of any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation;
b) consent to images and video being taken for security or promotional purposes of Yourself, Your children or of children for whom You are responsible;
c) agree to protect and hold safe any of Your personal belongings. We are not in any way responsible for any articles that may have been lost or stolen on Our premises; and
d) must comply with all signs or other directions and We may suspend or cancel Your access to Recreational Activities at Our premises in Our absolute discretion for non-compliance with these Conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct, aggressiveness and any other behaviour deemed unsuitable by Us.

Except as provided for in in Our ticket refund policy, tickets issued by Us:

a) remain Our property and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold (unless otherwise provided for Us);
b) are valid only for the date shown; and
c) are deemed void if tampered with.

You acknowledge that:

a) external food and drink cannot be consumed on Our premises;
b) smoking, the consumption of alcohol (other than alcohol supplied by Us (if any)) or the use of any unlawful drugs or stimulants at Our premises is strictly forbidden and Your participation in the Recreational Activities will not be allowed if one of Our employees consider that You have undertaken these activities at Our premises, or are under the influence of alcohol or unlawful drugs or stimulants; and
c) You cannot use Our equipment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant.

A deposit is required to secure a party or event booking, and full payment made prior to Your visit. The deposit and the full payment made in advance are non-refundable, except as provided for in our ticket refund policy.

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, the courts of which have exclusive jurisdiction. If any of these Conditions are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such conditions are deemed deleted and the remaining Conditions remain and continue to be valid, biding and enforceable.

WARNING: If You participate in these activities Your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 if You are killed or injured because the activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in or on this notice. The change to Your rights, as set out in or on this notice, does not apply if Your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier’s part. “Gross negligence”, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.

Party Terms + Conditions

  1. Party bookings can be made in person, online and over the phone. We require a 50% deposit to secure your party booking with the remaining cost to be paid prior to the party date.
  2. Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 children.
  3. We will contact you the week of your party to confirm the final details of your booking, including final payment. Payments cannot be made on the day of the party.
  4. You can adjust your guest numbers up until the close of business the Wednesday prior to your party. This guest count is final and is what you will be charged for.
  5. If guests cancel after the final payment or do not show up on the day of the party, you will not be issued a credit or refund for their cost.
  6. Depending on the number of guests in your party, the AFL Max party team will select either a party room or a private area in our cafe.
  7. You will only have access to your party space for 45mins, which occurs post the activities. Parents and other spectators are invited to enjoy the upstairs cafe or watch from our grandstand seating.
  8. If you cancel your party with at least 7 days notice, you will have the choice to re-book another date (within 6 months) or use the amount of your deposit in-store credit with us.
  9. If you cancel within 7 days of your party, your 50% deposit will be offered as an in-store credit with us, a refund will not be offered.
  10. You agree to be bound by the general AFL Max Terms & Conditions.

Monthly Party Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  • One winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month and notified by Team Max.
  • The prize is valid for one AFL Max party package (valued at $399) plus a $50 cafe voucher to be used on the day.
  • The party prize is valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded.
  • This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes.

OSHC Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 50% deposit due on booking confirmation to secure your booking date
  • 50% final payment due 14 days before booking date
  • OSHC numbers must be finalized 14 days prior to your visit, your invoice will be based on this finalized figure. AFL Max will contact you prior to your booking date to finalise
  • We offer a +10%, -10% contingency for your booking number on the day, however, any more than that and you will be charged for the difference. Alternatively, this figure can be put as a credit note towards your next visit to AFL Max (valid for 12 months)

Camp Max Booking Terms & Conditions (as of October 2022)

  1. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING & PAYMENTS
  • A minimum of 30 students is required. Maximum numbers 120 students.
  • A deposit of $1,000 is required within 14 days to confirm your camp booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • 50% payment is due 90 days before booking date.
  • A tax invoice will be issued to the school on camp arrival with strictly 7-day payment terms.
  • Final price will be calculated on actual numbers attending the camp.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival day can be moved to a mutually agreeable dates within 12 months from the original booking date.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to rebook your entire stay to another group. If rebooking to another group eventuates, forfeited funds may be applied to another camp booking within a 12-month period from the original booking date.
  • All cancellations must be in writing to AFL Max.

Mini Max/Miniest Max – Terms & Conditions (as of January 2022)

  1. MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

If your child is unable to attend a Mini Max or Miniest Max session, you will have the opportunity to reschedule and attend another class that term. Make up classes do not carry over to the next term and no credit is provided for missed classes. To book a makeup session, please communicate with AFL Max staff, who will complete and confirm this for the booking holder.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund will be given for a missed session (see make up class policy). If a make-up session cannot occur due to an extreme or unforeseen incident, please communicate with AFL Max via P: (08) 8312 6585 E: bookings@aflmax.com.au

  1. FEE

Bookings can take place in the form of casual bookings (weekly) or for the entire term. If parents/guardians are registering for the entire term, this must be paid for in full (see cancellation policy). Casual bookings must be paid for prior to the session commencing.

  1. PARENTAL PARTICIPATION AND ENGAGEMENT

It is a requirement that parents, and guardians attend each session and stay for the duration of each session. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the child’s behaviour. In the unlikely instance a child is injured during the session, AFL Max staff will provide first aid assistance in conjunction with the

Parents participation is encouraged to ensure the sessions run smoothly and the child feels comfortable, whilst learning new skills.

  1. SIBLING POLICY

Siblings that are not enrolled or participating in Mini Max or Miniest Max classes are permitted to stay with the parent/guardian within the venue. Parents/guardians are responsible for any incident that may occur. E.g., the sibling being struck by a ball.

  1. PHOTOGRAPHY

Your child may be photographed or filmed whilst undertaking a Mini Max session. Such content might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to AFL Max’s social media platforms. By enrolling in the Mini Max program, you agree to such use by AFL Max.

Parents/guardians are not permitted to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed by AFL Max, please let your Mini Max coach know.

By enrolling in our classes, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. We will supply you, subject to availability, with the products set out in your order. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

A gift card may be used to purchase tickets issued by AFL Max Adelaide Pty Ltd ABN 90 620 423 261 (WeOur, or Us), merchandise and food and beverage at Our venues. Gift cards:

1) are valid for 36 months from date of issue.
2) are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash
3) will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen and will be considered null and void if tampered with.

In the event of any dispute, Our decision is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

AFL Max Refund Policy

AFL Max Adelaide Pty Ltd ABN 90 620 423 261 (WeOur, or Us) does not offer any refunds for pre-purchased tickets or deposits. Customers who have pre-purchased tickets may not exchange their time slot for another, unless agreed to by Our manager.

We reserve the right to re-sell any time slot if You do not arrive within 15 minutes of the designated start time.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time shown, and are void if tampered with. They remain Our property and are non-transferable.

We are entitled to cancel your booking at any time. If We decide to cancel Your booking, We will use reasonable endeavours to notify You as soon as possible. You are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule if We cancel in these circumstances at the discretion of Our manager, but no other compensation is payable.

Competitions

WIN a year’s supply of UNLIMITED AFL Max General Admission Passes

  1. The competition closes 11:59pm 15 April 2025. Winner announced and notified 16 April 2025.
  2. Winner will be randomly drawn by AFL Max and notified via email. If prize is not claimed within 48hrs of being notified, a new winner will be drawn.
  3. Entrants below the age 18 years old must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.
  4. Prize includes Unlimited 1hr Double General Admission sessions to AFL Max Melbourne Airport. Prize cannot be redeemed at any other AFL Max sites. GA sessions must be booked by the winner. Prize is not transferable.
  5. Bookings will be subject to venue and ticket availability and must be booked online prior to visit, via aflmax.com.au
  6. The sessions will be valid for 12 months from the first booking and must be used within these 12 months.
  7. The prize will expire by June 30 2026.

WIN an AFL Max Excursion

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to school teachers who currently reside in Victoria, Australia and teach year levels 1 to 10 (“Eligible Entrants”). All Eligible Entrants must also be over the age of 18 years of age.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Supplier, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent.
  4. Competition commences on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 6:00 am ACDT and closes Tuesday, 26 March 2025 at 12:00 pm ACDT (the “Competition Period”).
  5. To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period complete and submit the competition entry form at https://aflmax.com.au/win-an-afl-max-excursion/, including all required fields being: full name, school of which they are teaching at, position held at the school, year level they are teaching, work email address and preferred contact number.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.
  8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during, or after the closing date of the competition, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  10. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s competition database and NOT at the time of completion by the Eligible Entrant. Any cost associated with entering the competition is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility.
  11. The draw will take place at Adelaide AFL Max, 32 Butler Boulevard, Adelaide Airport, South Australia, 5950 on Wednesday, 27 November 2024 at 12:00 pm ACDT. The prize winner will be notified via email and phone within two (2) days of the selection to organise the claiming of their prize. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name will be published on the AFL Max website from the day that the prize winner is selected
  12. One (1) prize will be awarded in total. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Eligible Entrant. The prize is an AFL Max excursion for up to thirty (100) students.
  13. Booking date is subject to availability and the excursion must be booked by September 2025.
  14. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that part of the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
  15. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    1. To disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or
    2. Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  17. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, AFL Max (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
  20. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a winner does not respond to the Promoter’s initial communications within seven (7) days, a redraw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 04/12/2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified via email and phone on the day of the. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
  21. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
  22. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
  23. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  24. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
  25. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition any changes are subject to State Regulations.
  26. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  27. Prizes and participation in the competition are subject to any conditions imposed by the supplier or organiser of the prizes, as applicable.
  28. If due to any reason whatsoever the Promoter becomes aware after an Eligible Entrant has won the prize that the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these terms, that Eligible Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced him/her as the winner and that Eligible Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
  29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
  30. Each Eligible Entrant must ensure that any other person whose details have been provided by the Eligible Entrant to the Promoter for the purposes of the Eligible Entrant’s participation in this competition has given their implied or express consent for their details to be provided to the Promoter and any of its related companies and to be contacted by the Promoter or any of its related companies in relation to this competition.
  31. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or any other social media platform whatsoever. Any information provided as part of the competition is provided to the Promoter and not to the relevant social media platform. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of any relevant social media platform’s terms and conditions including but not limited to Facebook’s terms and conditions of use and related rules on www.facebook.com. Eligible Entrants completely release any relevant social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
  32. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to this competition, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. All references to dollar amounts are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
  33. All entries and materials submitted to the Promoter in connection with this competition (in any form including without limitation in hard copy or electronic form) become and remain the property of the Promoter and each Eligible Entrant warrants it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter. The Promoter may use such entries and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in them in any medium and in any manner it sees fit, including without limitation, by reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries and materials. The Promoter may collect Eligible Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter, the Promoter’s employees, related companies and agents, including but not limited to AFL Max, may use this information, in any media for future promotional purposes, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Eligible Entrant, including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic messages and telephoning the Eligible Entrant.

All personal information you provide will be used by AFL Max in accordance with the Privacy Policy’s available at www.aflmax.com.au/privacy-policy and may be disclosed by AFL Max in accordance with the their Privacy Policies (including for promotional and marketing purposes).   35. The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia.

Face Footys Crafty Colouring-in Competition

Competition Overview
The Face Footys Crafty Colouring-in Competition (the “Competition”) is run by AFL Max. By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to children aged 1+
  • Each entry must include a valid submission form containing:
    1. Entrant’s name
    2. Date of birth
    3. Guardian’s name and email address
  • Participants must submit their artwork on the official Face Footys Crafty Colouring template.

How to Enter

  • Collect the official colouring template at the AFL Max venue or download it from the AFL Max website.
  • Submit completed entries in one of two ways:
    1. In-venue submission at AFL Max
    2. Online submission via the AFL Max website using the provided form
  • Only one entry per child per week is permitted.

Competition Period

  • The Competition starts on Monday, 25th November, and ends on Friday, 20th December.
  • Entries close at 11:59 PM (local time) each Friday during the Competition period.

Prize Details

  • Each week, one winner will receive a Crafty Face Footy Bundle and General Admission passes to AFL Max.
  • Winners will be announced on:
    1. 29th November
    2. 6th December
    3. 13th December
    4. 20th December
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Judging Criteria

  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and effort.
  • Winners will be selected by an AFL Max panel. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via the guardian’s email or mobile provided at entry.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner selected.

Publicity and Consent

  • By entering, participants agree to allow AFL Max to use their child’s first name, age, and submitted artwork for promotional purposes, including social media, the AFL Max website, and in-venue displays.
  • Guardian’s consent is required for participation and publicity purposes.

Data Collection

  • AFL Max will collect personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and contacting winners.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability

  • AFL Max is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues preventing submission.
  • AFL Max reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
